FAIRINO expands its portfolio with the ART7-R7 - a new generation of dual-arm humanoid robot featuring full-joint force control, high precision and an open architecture. Pre-orders are now open at a price of EUR 12,705 excl. VAT.

The ART7-R7 is designed for applications that require the flexibility of human-like arm movement combined with precise force control and the ability to safely interact with its surroundings.

Two 7-Axis Robotic Arms

Each ART7-R7 arm features 7 degrees of freedom, providing significantly greater movement flexibility than conventional 6-axis robotic arms. This configuration enables the robot to operate in complex workspaces, avoid obstacles and perform tasks requiring coordinated movement of both arms.

Each arm offers a 714 mm reach and ±0.03 mm repeatability.

Full-Joint Force Control

One of the key features of the ART7-R7 is its Full-Joint Force Control. Each joint is equipped with a high-precision torque sensor, allowing the robot to detect forces in real time and dynamically adjust its movements.

This makes the ART7-R7 suitable for applications where a predefined trajectory alone is not sufficient and the robot needs to respond to physical contact with objects, people or its environment.

Lightweight Design and Integrated Joint Modules

FAIRINO uses lightweight integrated joint modules designed to provide high motion efficiency while keeping the overall weight and power consumption low.

The modular design also simplifies maintenance and servicing.

The robot features a large hollow wiring design, allowing power and communication cables to be routed internally through the arms. This reduces external cabling that could otherwise restrict movement or complicate deployment.

Open Platform for Custom Applications

The ART7-R7 is designed as a highly scalable and open robotic platform rather than a closed automation system.

It supports the ROS2 framework and provides SDK and secondary development interfaces, making it possible to integrate the robot into custom applications and develop specialized robotic solutions.

This makes the ART7-R7 suitable not only for industrial automation, but also for developers, research institutions, universities and companies working on next-generation robotic applications.
